THE APPLICATION PACKET
The information below describes each piece of your application packet. Please read it carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions. When they are finalized for the upcoming 2010-2011 leasing term, each of these forms can be found in the "Application/Forms" tab on the top of this site.
Application
This form is completed on the website. To the right of your screen you should see an "Apply Now" button. Click it and it will take you through the application process. Students will be able to pay their application fee directly through a credit card (2.5% surcharge) or through their checking account (free) online. This fee will be $50 and is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is also only paid once as long as the student lives with us continuously.
Redecoration Fee/Reservation Deposit - Your non-refundable reservation deposit/redecorating fee ($200) will be due at lease signing. You may pay with check or money order and payment may be combined with the application fee. The total amount due at lease signing for NEW APPLICANTS ONLY will be $250.00.
Roommate Matching Form
This form allows us to share information about you and your preferences with possible roommates. Fill this out completely, then sign and date at the bottom.

THE LEASING PACKET

Lease Agreement
Review the Lease with anyone you need to consult about your decision, such as parents or roommates. If you will be attending a lease signing during the timeline outlined, you will sign the Lease with one of our staff as your witness. If you are submitting your leasing packet in the mail, please fill out this document in its entirety, initial the bottom of each page, and have your signature notarized on the last page of the Lease Agreement.
Rules and Regulations
Review the Rules/Regulations with anyone you need to consult about your decision, such as parents or roommates. If you will be attending a lease signing during the timeline outlined, you will sign the Rules/Regulations with one of our staff as your witness. If you are submitting your leasing packet in the mail, please fill out these documents in their entirety, initial the bottom of each page, and have your signature notarized on the last page of the Rules/Regulations.
Continuing Guarantee of Lease
This establishes a guarantor for your lease, someone (usually a parent) who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the obligations of your lease. It's similar to having a co-signer. Your parent or guardian must sign the Guaranty in front of a notary, who will then complete the form and apply the notary public stamp or seal to validate it. All residents are required to have a guarantor.
