Leasing for 2012-2013

Leasing starts January 23rd, 2012. Whether you are renewing your lease or are new to the Ridge, you can come in and sign your lease starting on the 23rd of January. While you are able to secure a space at University Ridge on the 23rd you need to look below to determine when you can come back and select the exact space and lease type:

Detailed timeline

• January 23 - Anyone can sign a lease at the Ridge; renewing or new.
• January 23-January 27 - Renewals ONLY can select the same exact space they held in 2011-2012.
• January 30-February 3 - Renewals ONLY can select a new space/lease or, if available, the same space.
• February 6 - New students AND any renewals who haven't yet selected a space/lease type may do so.

 (If you are new to the Ridge and want to be "pulled in" by a current resident, give us a call and we will explain how to do so)

PLEASE NOTE: There are a certain number of Academic Leases (10 month/10 payment leases) so if you are looking to get one of these leases make sure you know when you are allowed to select a space and do it as early as you can.
